• Terroir: Clay-limestone soils in Chignin, harvested from the steep slopes of La Savoyarde.
• Vinification & Aging: Traditional vinification followed by 12 months of aging in concrete tanks.

Appearance: Bright and deep golden yellow.
Nose: Very intense aromas of apricots.
Palate: Rich and full-bodied with powerful flavors of ripe fruit, apricot, quince, honey, and dried fruits.

Aging Potential: Around 2 to 3 years
Serving Temperature: 10°C (50°F)
Food Pairings: Warm foie gras, oysters, seafood.
